Specific Exclusions: In no event shall Atypic Software, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any financial losses, penalties, interest, or audits resulting from your use of the service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your tax filings.
General Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atypic’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Atypic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
